Last weekend we had a little road trip to Leominster to take part in a newborn workshop with Veronica at Sleep Munchkins Photography. We set off nice and early from Hull at 4:15am, coffee in hand, and headed down the motorway. We arrived an hour early, and stopped for breakfast! We found a lovely little café which reminded us of a little place we had visited in Cornwall, we refuelled on a lovely warm breakfast, which we washed down with some fresh orange juice and headed off to the workshop. Camera and note pads in hand, we was ready to learn and advance our already skills on posing baby, tips of getting baby to sleep, wrapping techniques and much, much more. Before the newborn model arrived, we made lots of notes on how to improve our skills, and learnt a few new things too, as well as taking lots of photos on our phone as the day went on... (hides!) We booked Veronica's newborn workshop, because we liked her simple style. Our style is simple, so attending this workshop for us was great, as we was learning to improve our style. The little baby model was amazing, and slept a dream during the session, which was great as we learnt how to flow the newborn session with less disruptions as possible. We also love this pink, don't you? and we also love this blue? Don't you agree? We had a great time at the workshop, and now our studio is up and running in Hull, we are investing in some new backdrops / wraps and props for our newborn sessions. Our newborn sessions are £70 with a 10x8inch complimentary print, and you buy then buy as little or as much as you like after the session, without pressure to purchase. We would also like to thank Veronica for a wonderful newborn photography workshop, and we would defiantly recommend her to other photographers too.
