HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY GEORGE!

On Saturday 24th June 2017 I had the pleasure of wishing George a happy 1st birthday as he visited the studio with his mummy + daddy for his smash and splash session.

Little George stole my heart <3

I always start these session with a little mini session with some props. Just look how cute he looks with the new vintage car...

​The mini sessions last for about 5-10 minutes as I don't want your baby getting ' fed up ' before we even start the cake smash.

... and then I got this gorgeous giant cupcake out, and then it began...

George didn't eat much of the cake, as most babies don't. The whole idea is to make it as fun and as messy as possible. It's like sensory play! But better, hehe...

​Straight after his cake smash session, George had a bath. Yes that's right, a bath! Which he preferred more to the cake smash and the photo's are super cute!!

What did his mummy + daddy have to say about the session?

We booked a cake smash & splash for our little ones first birthday. What a fun filled experience it was from start to finish! Samantha not only captured some great pictures that will be treasured for a life time but she also catered for his dairy allergy when it came to the cake too! Samantha was very patient with George when he wanted to crawl off and explore everything but also made the experience fun and exciting for him. The cake provided looked amazing and all in our colour theme we asked for. All of the props, including the outfit, were provided which made everything so much easier for us! George wasn't too sure on smashing the cake (it really did look too good to smash!) but he had lots of fun with the props provided, especially the lovely vintage looking car! He loved splashing in the tub afterwards, plus he was nice and clean to take home too! Samantha made the decision so difficult for us with her fantastic work that we couldn't narrow the pictures down and bought them all because we loved them so much! Overall an amazing experience and highly recommend it to everyone!
